Don’t attach a full disk inventory. Roomier will let you preview any diagnostic report before sharing it. Remove private paths, filenames, account details, and license information unless they are essential to the case.

Before writing

For a blocked launch, include the exact macOS message and whether the app came from the official download route.
For a scan problem, say which folder or volume type was selected and whether Roomier reported inaccessible items.
For cleanup, say which item was staged and whether it reached review, Trash, or a visible refusal.

Roomier is not yet available for download, so pre-release support is limited to website, guide, and launch questions.
